Impetus do not offer standard service contracts. All service packages are designed to meet the unique requirements of our customers with whom we work in partnership.
We recognise that customers will require a Service Level Agreement that offers maximum support for their business. Fix times that keep downtime to a minimum and a clear and seamless path to fix for critical equipment faults, including on-site procedures and media.
Because Impetus is completely independent it is able to support multi-manufacturers across all major product ranges of EPoS equipment, back office PC's, servers, printers and communication devices.
This not only gives customers the flexibility to upgrade their equipment when it suits them, but also offers them access to Impetus' comprehensive database of statistics relating to equipment performance and reliability as well as statistics on the performance of a customer's own sites.
